Personal: Shereef is a 2008 graduate of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park, New York. He led his team to a 18-3 record and was a 1,000 point scorer in his career. He averaged 18 points, six rebounds, two assists and two blocks his senior year to earn Palyer of the Year in Dutchess County. He was named MVP by the Kingston Freeman and Co-Player of the Year by the Poughkeepsie Journal in 2008. He is the son of Nkeba Baker. He is majoring in accounting and sociology.
